How do I book a transfer?

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 48–72 hours in advance, especially during high season (December–April). However, we accept same-day bookings 24/7 based on availability.

Do you charge hidden fees?

Never. Our quotes include tolls, taxes, insurance, and fuel. The price we quote is the price you pay.

How much does a transfer from Cancun Airport to Tulum cost?

Can I pay with a credit card?

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

What if my flight is delayed?

Do you provide car seats for children?

Is there Uber in Tulum?

No. Uber does not operate in Tulum or most of the Riviera Maya. Taxis and private transportation services are the primary options.

How much is a taxi in Tulum?

Taxis in Tulum can charge $10–$30 USD for trips within town, often without meters. Pricing can be inconsistent. Private transportation offers fixed, transparent rates.

Is it better to rent a car or use private transportation?

It depends on your plans. Renting a car gives you independence but comes with parking challenges, insurance costs, and unfamiliar roads. Private transportation eliminates stress and is often more cost-effective for airport transfers and day trips.

Round Trip Service

How does round-trip service work?

We drop you at your destination, and you notify us via WhatsApp 45 minutes before you're ready for pickup. No time limits. No waiting fees.

Is there a time limit on round trips?
